KT77 Gold Lion M.O. Valve / Genalex NOS Factory Matched Set Tubes
| The KT series were always the best of the best in terms of tubes. The KT77 is an EL34 on steroids. 34.5 watts of plate power dissipation makes it the strongest EL34 you can buy. Sonically these have a smooth quality of audio as opposed to the cheap reproduction junk tubes that are made today.
I have a matched quad. These two were still in the original boxes and are being offered as a set, if you would like the other matched set to make a full quad. The other set are not in the original boxes but are all dated 7916.
The silk screen is perfect and I have tested these tubes with the Amplitrex AT1000, there is no better tube tester made. I performed two separate tests, one at 250V the other at 400V check the data sheet for both tests, the same applies to the other set that are on auction. Please compare the printed data with the time stamps on them. You will find they surpass the specifications for factory minimums. The Amplitrex AT1000 will disappoint many people when they plug their tubes in because it really tells the truth.
